Description
Charlemagne is the King of all Binkis. He was elected in a fair and open trial and now rules over Binkidom. He is a very just and fair king, even though he can be eccentric at times, he always keeps the lives and rights of Binkis ahead of everything else. Charlemagne also happens to be a jokester, fashioning a scepter with an open hand at the top so he can slap all his adversaries, or so he says (we haven't seen any adversaries of his yet but who knows). Charlemagne is the favorite to win reelection in a year.
