Wukong who also known as the great monkey Sage from the ancient Buddhism story called 'Journey to the west is one of Asia iconic character.
He is a monkey Yokai that being choosen by Buddha to acompany the great monk to find Sutra/holy book, though he still had wild and bad temper personality but no one will questioning his faithful to Buddha command to protect the great monk from any bad from another Yokai or even an evil who try to made their journey failed.
